Welcome back to Australia - Roberto Novario and Elisa Carassai, the beautiful young Italian couple who have inspired us to continue with our improvements, and a super equine reproduction specialist vet and vet nurse as well. We wish you a great stay in Australia and hope to see a lot of you both!

The 2012 Breeding season is here and as with everyone else we are anxiously awaiting our foals. We have 2 due this year, both in October - Hot Senorita (Imp USA) and Catarina (full sister to HMF Perception), both in foal to DMB Intimidator. In addition to this we have foals due by Ratchetts Impresed, DMB Intimidator, KPM Switched On and Wizzs Ringer for KPM Paints, with the first due early September.

KPM SWITCHED ON HAVING FUN AND KICKING UP HIS HEALS IN READINESS FOR THE BREEDING SEASON!

Having just completed both the AI Technicians Course and the Advanced Equine Reproduction Course at Goulburn Valley Equine Hospital, we are all "revved" and ready to go with breeding in 2012. A huge thank you must go to Angus McKinnon and his wonderful staff.

Our new AI Laboratory is finished and complimented with a whole bunch of new AI equipment and Technology. We will be able to offer even greater service this year with shipped semen available from all 3 Hallmark stallions as well as taking mares in for AI to our stallions or to the stallion of your choice. We will also be taking stallions in to be trained for AI (phantom or hand held AV) and will be happy to handle your stallion here at Hallmark farm in order to have his semen collected and evaluated, then again when you require his semen to be shipped out. We are presently making many improvements to our foaling yards, breeding phantom and crush areas.

Absolutely gorgeous Quarter Horse stallion with a lovely temperament, he fits in so well with our other two resident stallions. He is a delight to be around and will make an ideal cross over our overo mares and the progeny of our other 2 sires..

Our 2012 PHAA National Show Team took some hits and had some tragedies, but we had a good time just the same.

HMF Tommy Bahama (Yearling stallion) - injured at show just prior to the Futurities- capped hocks and cysyts on knees - will recover and be back again!

KPM Luke At Me (Yearling gelding) - National Champion Yearling Gelding, National Champion All Age APHA Gelding

KPM Switched On - making a return (Aged stallions) - unfortunately will not be shown again. Oscar had injured his hock 2 years prior and it had taken this long to get him sound. He injured the hock again at the show and X-rays confirmed our worst fears - he now has a permanent injury, including bone chips aand arthritis. Very tragic news. He will now remain at Hallmark Farm as a breeding sire only.
